To purchase and administer the CSA, coaches must complete an approved CSA Authorized Coach Certification Training Course. Coaches certified in the use of the CSA represent a broad spectrum of the helping professions. Examples of CSA coaches are; executive and organizational coaches, EAP counselors, educators, chaplains, Family Service counselors, psychologists, social workers, and physicians.
